Your wife is correct- you are over reacting to this and need to figure out a way to get past it. she sounds very supportive- you are fortunate.??

1. Have you heard anyone who has got infected by HIV where they were given a fellatio or giving cunnilingus to a woman Also I m very worried about other Sti like herpes,hpv and sypllis through this way

No, never. These are unrealistic fears in your situation.

2. Could I have given this to my wife, we didnt have any unprotected vaginal or anal sex but she might have given me a fellatio.
Again, no.
